2. Quali dati trattiamo

Dati di navigazione. Come avviene per qualsiasi sito web, i sistemi informatici del servizio di hosting acquisiscono automaticamente, durante il normale funzionamento, alcuni dati tecnici la cui trasmissione è implicita nell'uso dei protocolli di comunicazione di Internet, tra cui:

indirizzo IP del dispositivo utilizzato;
data e ora della richiesta;
indirizzo della pagina o del file richiesto;
tipo di browser e sistema operativo;
codice di risposta del server.

Questi dati non sono raccolti per identificare gli utenti e non vengono utilizzati per profilazione.

Dati forniti volontariamente. Se l'utente ci contatta via email o telefono utilizzando i recapiti indicati sul sito, tratteremo i dati comunicati (ad esempio nome, indirizzo email, numero di telefono e contenuto della richiesta) esclusivamente per rispondere.

3. Cookie

Questo sito non utilizza cookie, né tecnici né di profilazione, e non utilizza strumenti di statistica o di tracciamento. Non sono presenti contenuti di terze parti (come mappe, video o font esterni) che possano installare cookie.

4. Finalità e base giuridica

Dati di navigazione: garantire il corretto funzionamento e la sicurezza del sito e individuare eventuali abusi. Base giuridica: legittimo interesse del Titolare (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR).
Richieste di contatto: rispondere alle richieste ricevute. Base giuridica: esecuzione di misure precontrattuali adottate su richiesta dell'interessato (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR) o legittimo interesse del Titolare a rispondere (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR).

5. Natura del conferimento

Il trattamento dei dati di navigazione è necessario per la consultazione del sito. L'invio di richieste di contatto è facoltativo; senza i dati necessari non sarà però possibile rispondere.

6. Modalità e conservazione

I dati sono trattati con strumenti elettronici, adottando misure di sicurezza adeguate a prevenirne la perdita, l'uso illecito e l'accesso non autorizzato.

Dati di navigazione: conservati per il periodo previsto dal fornitore del servizio di hosting, salvo necessità di accertamento di reati.
Richieste di contatto: conservate per il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta e gli eventuali rapporti che ne derivano.

7. Destinatari dei dati

I dati possono essere trattati dal fornitore del servizio di hosting del sito, che opera in qualità di responsabile del trattamento ai sensi dell'art. 28 GDPR, e dal personale autorizzato del Titolare. I dati non sono diffusi.

8. Diritti dell'interessato

L'interessato può esercitare in qualsiasi momento i diritti previsti dagli artt. 15–22 GDPR: accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione del trattamento, portabilità dei dati e opposizione al trattamento basato sul legittimo interesse. Le richieste possono essere inviate a info@otsrl.com.

L'interessato ha inoltre il diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

2. Data we process

Browsing data. As with any website, the systems of the hosting service automatically collect, during normal operation, certain technical data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols, including:

IP address of the device used;
date and time of the request;
address of the requested page or file;
browser type and operating system;
server response code.

This data is not collected to identify users and is not used for profiling.

Data provided voluntarily. If you contact us by email or phone using the details shown on this website, we will process the data you provide (such as name, email address, phone number and the content of your request) solely to reply to you.

3. Cookies

This website does not use cookies, either technical or profiling, and does not use any analytics or tracking tools. It contains no third-party content (such as maps, videos or external fonts) that could set cookies.

4. Purposes and legal basis

Browsing data: to ensure the proper functioning and security of the website and to detect any misuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Contact requests: to reply to the requests received. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or the Controller's legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Provision of data

Processing of browsing data is necessary to view the website. Sending contact requests is optional; however, without the necessary data we will not be able to reply.

6. Methods and retention

Data is processed electronically, with appropriate security measures to prevent loss, unlawful use and unauthorised access.

Browsing data: retained for the period set by the hosting provider, unless needed to investigate offences.
Contact requests: retained for the time needed to handle the request and any resulting relationship.

7. Recipients

Data may be processed by the website hosting provider, acting as data processor under Art. 28 GDPR, and by the Controller's authorised staff. Data is not disclosed to the public.

8. Your rights

You may exercise at any time the rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. Requests can be sent to info@otsrl.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
